During my clinical training, I became familiar with other forms of psychotherapy beyond behavioral therapy and applied them in practice.
It was always important to me to combine different perspectives – from medicine, psychology, and philosophy. This allows me to approach people in various ways and support them individually.
In addition to cognitive behavioural therapy and client-centred psychotherapy, I also offer ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBASP (Cognitive Behavioural Analysis System of Psychotherapy).
