During my clinical training, I became familiar with other forms of psychotherapy beyond behavioral therapy and applied them in practice.
It was always important to me to combine different perspectives – from medicine, psychology, and philosophy. This allows me to approach people in various ways and support them individually.
In addition to cognitive behavioural therapy and client-centred psychotherapy, I also offer ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), NET (Narrative Exposure Therapy), and CBASP (Cognitive Behavioural Analysis System of Psychotherapy).
Cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy are suitable for all illnesses and life situations.
Narrative exposure therapy is a special form of trauma therapy.
